Are the shop prices inclusive of GST?

Yes. Every published product price already includes GST.

When is delivery free?

Delivery is free when the eligible order subtotal reaches ₹5,000 after any member discount. The current delivery charge below that threshold is ₹80.

What if an item arrives damaged, spoiled or wrong?

Contact us within 3 days of delivery. Maatisa pays return shipping for an accepted damaged, spoiled or wrong-item return. Read the return policy.

How do I sign in?

Use your email to receive a one-time sign-in code, or continue with Google. Maatisa does not ask you to create a password.

How does Maati Circle membership work?

An active membership automatically gives 15% off eligible product subtotals while you are signed in. See plans and complete conditions.

Can I visit the farm?

Farm visits are available by enquiry and depend on the season and work happening in the fields. Send a visit request.

Why does a product say price unavailable?

We leave a pack unavailable when its price is not settled instead of publishing an invented price. Contact the farm if you need that product.
