When does my membership begin?
It begins as soon as you confirm a plan and remains active through the end date shown in your account.
How is the 15% discount used?
Sign in with the member account. The discount is automatically shown in the cart on the eligible product subtotal—no code is needed.
Can it be combined with another percentage offer?
No. One membership discount applies per order and it does not stack with another percentage coupon. Delivery charges are not discounted.
Can I upgrade or renew?
Yes. Choose a new duration and the latest plan becomes the active plan shown in your account.
Can I cancel?
Contact the farm for help. Because online membership payment is currently simulated, the team will review cancellation requests directly.
